1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sylva IPTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sylva IPTV provides automated orchestration technology for IPTV line configurations. We do not host, broadcast, or transmit any media content directly. All streams are delivered by independent network nodes.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and anonymous nature of our service, we strictly do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances. All sales are final. The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of continuous uptime.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not share, resell, or distribute your access credentials.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or attack our infrastructure.
• Accounts are restricted to the maximum concurrent connections specified in your plan. Exceeding this limit will result in automatic termination without refund.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Channels and VOD content are subject to change, removal, or regional blackouts without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sylva IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
